Beverly Hills Transfer and Storage first opened for business in 1924 on the now-famous Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California. Back then, Hollywood was just getting on its way, and Southern California was still a bit of a frontier.Our first moving truck was built by a local blacksmith. Our first warehouse was a converted dairy farm. In 1935, when we built our home office on Beverly Drive, the world was such that at six stories in height, it was the tallest concrete block building in the nation.
A lot has changed since then.The fledgling company that moved the silent film stars into their mansions has blossomed into an award-winning and industry-leading corporation known for its extensive variety of services, its professional and highly-skilled employees, and its large and powerful fleet.
But one thing has not changed: our commitment to providing the highest level of customer service in the industry.We stand on the shoulders of a long and proud history, but we’re looking forward to an even brighter future.

Our warehouses are well-staffed and keep extensive hours to give you unprecedented access to your belongings. We inventory and secure your goods in individual, specialized storage containers or on easy-access shelving. We also have private rooms and specialized storage options available to meet your needs.
Beverly Hills Transfer and Storage is at the forefront of technology. Our move consultants use iPads to inventory your goods and build your estimate. All storage lots are barcoded and scanned into an industry-leading location database. We track your shipment with a world-class dispatch suite.
Our cardboard boxes are made from recycled materials, and we save and reuse boxes at no cost for customers who request them. If you’re moving locally, we have environmentally-friendly plastic totes available for rent during your move. Climate control is built right into the construction of our warehouses, ensuring that your artwork, antiques, paintings, record albums, and collector’s items remain at optimal temperature without wasting energy.
